STAMIKO Translations Office is run by Joanna Krzyżanowska, a sworn translator of English and the co-author of the Legal Terminology Dictionary. The beginning of her professional career is the work at the General Secretariat of the European Council in Brussels.

We have been acting in the translations market since 2001. Our office offers written and live translations from English into Polish and from Polish into English.

During the years of its acting in the market our office translated thousands of pages. Amongst them there were many specialized texts requiring knowledge of non-typical, branch vocabulary. The texts containing medical vocabulary, relating to medical products, industrial descriptions of technological processes, machines manuals and technical equipment operations, financial statements and opinions of chartered accountants, courts’ judgments and administrative decisions, documents from telecommunication and IT industry are only some of the examples. For us, they are not a problem to solve but challenge which we willingly face.
